Answers To a Young Man’s Biorhythm Questions

Here are the answers to your questions and concerns. I hope they clear up some of the confusion.
Ok I just learned about biorythyms yesturday… Ive had aniety for over a year now, im 19 years old and understanding life and how to be my BEST ME. I had an issue with taking contorl of my life and have no force or person try to contorl me. Now i find out theres these so called biorythyms that can affetc how I feel and perform. IS this just theory or cold hard fact? 
It is a theory based on statistics of medical doctors who kept track of the days people got sick and died.
Also I checked the chart for my birthday… It says my physical and emotional are very low and my intellectual is at the top of the chart being veyr high. I had an issue in the past with alot of aniety and IM alot better thnaa year ago, But reading that during ym emotional lows I might eb controlled to be depressed and have aniety is frightneing (to me, because fo what i went through).
It is not good to fear anything. If you see that emotional fluctuations occur in sync with your biorhythms, prayer and positive thinking help. Also, a good diet, exercise and associating with people who are positive is valuable.
I dont think God (higher power) created the universe so we have time of depression and aniety. I think as human we hav the power to control our minds thoughts and life which is what im working on.
That is a good thing. It is important to control your thoughts. It is the major factor that determines our attitudes, success in life and well-being.
I also read in one of your article there are some idviduals (especially ahteltes) who are not affecte dby biorythems and seem to always be able to perform and feel however they want. Now that empowering… I want to feel how I want when I want and be in control of MY SELF. Maybe the low times instea dof being depression/aniety can be just relax time, and recharge mode which acrtually seems better, Hopfully I can choose to use that low time as recharge relax (while still feeling happy and content)… then on ym high use my energy to the best and still feel realxed and free from irrational fear the REST of my life. 
You understand how to use biorhythms to benefit your life. Ideally, a healthy, balanced person has no experience of fluctuations in their lives. Biorhythm fluctuations appear where their is something wrong in your life, emotionally, spiritually, physically or biochemically. The greatest athletes and entrepreneurs are prepared for greatness because they take care of their minds and bodies.
Or another thing, I workout alot and play sports… What about on my low days for physical… Its doesnt make sense to not workout or play sports on ym low days. I also want to be able to CHOOSE to be good on the days I need to. Its not like I do it everyday. 
Biorhythms give you feedback on what is going on in your life. If you feel tired then rest. They show you when you are not listening to your body’s wisdom. If you feel tired, then rest more, eat right and have a good attitude.
Also the cirtical days gavce me alot of wrry… How is it possible for such a day to be possible. I fele out fo control knowing those days that i ahve to “be cautious” WHY. Its my life I can choose how i react and feel. I want to know hwo to train myself to feel content and good ALL the time and even on critical days focus my energy to make it a great day. KNow what I mean. PLease help and clear up ym confusion. 
Critical days are dangerous for individuals who are out of balance in their lives and health. By choosing a healthy lifestyle, biorhythms help your schedule your days to take optimal advantage when energy potentials to accomplish your dreams.
